First blog post. Woo!

We were in Maui for vacation. We called the information center looking to visit a pineapple plantation. They gave us the address to Mr. Shim's farm. When we arrived he told us he is not a pineapple plantation but he grows coffee beans. We figured we were already there and what a beautiful view. My family can't say enough about Casey. What a wonderful gentleman. He told us about the history, his family he is very proud of, and took us on a tour of his farm. He told us about the process to make the coffee. He showed us all his beautiful flowers and plants. He even showed us his pineapple he had planted. We had a wonderful tour and it is a million dollar view! Thanks Casey for taking time to show us around!
